She routinely advises on regulatory matters involving fintechs, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), payment systems and aggregators, mutual fund distributors (MFDs), asset management companies (AMCs), and investment platforms. Her work includes structuring partnerships and products, while navigating complex and evolving regulatory landscapes.

Natasha also advises clients on data protection laws, including India’s regulatory regime and the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), helping businesses manage privacy risks and implement robust governance frameworks. Her employment law practice includes advising on labour compliance and employment disputes. She serves on internal committees under the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) framework for several organizations and regularly conducts training sessions to support POSH compliance and awareness across teams. In commercial contracting, she assists clients in negotiating strategic agreements and building resilient third-party relationships.
