Nilesh Chandra is a co-founding partner at Anoma Legal with over 18 years of experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, banking and finance, and real estate law. He advises leading renewable energy companies across India on land acquisition, transmission lines, procurement of solar modules and wind turbines, EPC and O&M contracts, project financing, and open access/captive C&I projects. His infrastructure practice includes legal advisory on national highways, expressways, airports, metro rail systems, and hospitals. He also has extensive experience in large-scale real estate developments, civil construction contracts, and PMC agreements.
