Vishal is an LL.M (Business Laws) from the National Law School of India University having over 15 years of experience in the legal profession and advises in matters relating to real estate, structured debt, civil and commercial contracts, general corporate and litigation advisory assignments.

Vishal has acted in a wide range of structured debt and financial transactions relating to housing and commercial development in the construction and development industry having acted as legal counsel to leading banks, NBFCs, equity funds and alternative investment funds. Vishal has also acted for several leading real estate developers, co-working / co-living companies, hospitality chains, logistics companies and high net-worth individuals in matters relating to title due diligence for acquiring lands for apartment projects, villa developments, commercial tech parks and plotted projects in Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu. He is also adept at negotiating and vetting documents relating to conveyancing, corporate leasing, structuring of stamp duties and joint development/venture agreements. Vishal has also advised clients on several special situation and stressed asset projects and navigating difficult and tricky positions in insolvency related litigation matters.
